Vegan Sausage

My friend told me the other day she had a dream that I was walking around the streets persuading people to try vegan sausages made of plum. At first I laughed...and thought, how ridiculous!

Then I paused and thought, actually, that's not very unrealistic. My roommate Mandie agrees too.

Vegan sausage anyone? I swear it tastes just like plum.
